Only for new journals?
No. We can start by upgrading a journal, migrating older publications, improving PDF imports or automating a single process.
Is the issue assembled automatically?
Articles, sections and PDFs are assembled into a cover, clickable contents and issue file. The editorial team starts assembly, reviews the result and approves publication.
What about Google Scholar and DOI?
We prepare article pages and metadata for Google Scholar. The external service decides what to index. DOI workflows use the journal’s active account and prefix; registrar fees are separate.
Will any PDF or Word file work?
We start by checking your files. Compatible Word templates and text-based PDFs provide the clearest workflow. Scanned or complex documents may need editing and adaptation.
How much will it cost and how long will it take?
We review the site, archive size, languages and automation needs, then prepare a proposal with scope, price and timing.
Can I manage it without technical knowledge?
The editorial team receives a management interface and guide for daily work. Technical support can be agreed separately.
