to the daily workflow.
Our contribution
We built a tailored interface, an issue-splitting tool and a publishing workspace. Saving a Word file triggers a template-based PDF on the server and links it to the article. Covers, contents and article pages are assembled into a single file.
What changed in practice?
The 30 September handover audit recorded 5 issues and 331 published articles. Public PDF viewing and downloads were verified for all 72 articles in the new issue.

Scope and limits
